Responsibilities:

• Drives to meet and exceed sales goals and customer expectations

• Ensure that an excellent level of customer service is prioritized at all times

• Ensure an excellent level of store housekeeping is maintained through the execution

• Execute and comply with all company policies and procedures

• Ability to work as part of a productive team, or individually with little direct supervision

• Opening, closing and daily operational duties

 

Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, extended hours, and key event days

• Cosmetic, bath and body product experience a plus

Requirements


Responsibilities:

  • Drives to meet and exceed sales goals and customer expectations
  • Ensure that an excellent level of customer service is prioritized at all times
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor & managing clients personally
  • Ensure the overall development of his staff and that all the employees contribute to their level best for the effective functioning of the store
  • Implementing company training programs; monitoring staff training in product knowledge, customer service and selling skills
  • Through effective leadership, delegate responsibilities to ensure all store tasks are prioritized and completed
  • Ensure an excellent level of store maintenance and housekeeping is maintained through the execution and follow up of daily/weekly/monthly processes
  • Execute and comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work as part of a productive team, or individually with little direct supervision

 

Requirements:

  • Management/Supervisor experience a must
  • 2 years retail experience
  • Proven ability to motivate a sales team and drive results through people
  • Must possess a positive, professional and energetic attitude, a passion for customer service, selling, operational excellence and talent management
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, extended hours, and key event days
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Cosmetic, bath and body product experience a plus
